Excellent food, great service and great atmosphere! Looking forward to Pecan Festival next Saturday in Whiteville and having dinner at Anthony's.

When I checked the Google Friday night it said they opened at 11 on Saturday. Set plans with group of friends showed up at 11:30 to find out the internet was wrong. Call before making plans to check hours.

Baked Ziti, Anthony's Special Pizza, Stomboli, Eggplant Rollotini, it's all good!!

Food was good to better than good, drinks (PEPSI - ugh!) a bit watery, but not bad. Back home near Atlanta you'd pay twice the price for Chicken Parmesan that isn't half as good.The place is beautiful inside, looks kinda old-world on the outside (and it is) but really unique inside. I could not finish lunch, there was way too much of it....

Service was great. It’s a cute place to eat but they allowed a dog to come in and dine with customers also if you are looking for authentic food, it’s definitely all frozen and out of a box. I love pasta and I know box pasta when it is served to me.

Anthony's pizza is always excellent. In fact, everything I've tried at Anthony's has been good eats. The waitresses are always friendly, even when they're shorthanded.

Great Italian restaurant in the town of Whiteville, NC. The original Stromboli is great and the pizza has some of the best crust I've eaten. If you want something a little different then get the Chicken Anthony's you won't regret it.

Food was great, price was good, wait staff were good. But it was hot as hell. Granted it was 93 outside but when you have 3 fans in your restaurant and the only a/c vent in site ends 5 feet from your cash register and thats 10+ feet from the closest table... well you aren't trying to keep your customers comfortable.

Anthony is the real deal! He IS from the old country. He makes his sauce and dough himself daily. Yum! His Artesian pizzas are to die for. Come try his delicious menu. I eat there all the time. The wine and beer selection is ample too. My grandparents were all from the old country. They would have loved the food from Anthony's Italian Restaurant! The wait staff are fast, friendly, and professional too. Come eat! You won't be disappointed.

Friendly folks and great pizza, the atmosphere is great and thus a great first date idea on where to take your girl friend. I really like the idea of selling shirts with your logo on it. I mean I just like the place in general not much else to say but I recommend this establishment highly.

Enjoyed the food , I had the lasagna and salad. Service was outstanding. Atmosphere very nice. I ask for coffee with my desert , but was told they didn't have coffee. They don't offer coffee. Uhmm......found that disappointing.I would recommend this place for fantastic food.

Wow, so glad we stopped here for lunch on our way home from vacation. Very cool old building in a neat town. First walking in he door the aroma was amazing. We had three in our party and each dish was delicious, perfectly seasoned, a large portion, and a bargin price. The waitresses were very nice and appeasing. She informed us of the owner Anthony who is Italian. Very pleased with out experience.

Penne primavera is fabulous, as is the alfredo! We love this little "hole in the wall."

This is a great little Italian restaurant in the heart of Whiteville NC. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with the smells that make your mouth water. The inside of the building has wood and exposed brick giving it a rustic look that has atmosphere. I had the original stromboli and it's as good as I expected, pepperoni, sausage and ham with plenty of mozzarella. The crust was my favorite it was golden brown and crispy. If you're looking for a good Italian place look no further you won't be disappointed.

Good food. Small place with friendly service. Great salads. Just wish they had a bigger place but the original brick is beautiful.
